Every piece of art I create carries a piece of my heart and heritage. I hope that when you receive it, you feel that connection too. But I understand that sometimes, it might not be the perfect fit for your space. If for any reason you find that the artwork isn’t quite what you expected, you have up to 120 days from receipt to return it for a full refund.
Returning your artwork is designed to be as smooth as possible. We won’t ask for reasons, but if you have feedback, it would be greatly appreciated to help us improve. Whether it’s a change in décor or just a change of heart, you can send it back with ease. Your peace of mind is important to us.
Officially, once we receive the returned artwork, we’ll process your refund via the original payment method used at checkout. You just need to cover the return postage. If you prefer a store credit, we’ll include the total cost of the artwork plus your return postage upon receiving a copy of your postage receipt.
