Refund Policy

I put my heart and soul into every piece of art I create, and I want you to feel that connection when it arrives in your space. However, if it turns out not to be the perfect fit, I offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your artwork to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’d like to initiate a return, contact me at info@reecegeorge.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll need to arrange shipping and cover the cost of the return postage. The artwork should be sent to:

After I receive and inspect the artwork, I’ll issue a full refund (minus the original delivery charge). Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Feel free to contact me with any questions at info@reecegeorge.com.

Damages and Issues
Please check your artwork when it arrives and let me know immediately if it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. I’ll work quickly to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
There are some items I’m unable to accept returns on, such as custom pieces or personalized orders. If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, the best way is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the piece you want.

Refunds
Once I receive your returned artwork and confirm everything’s in good condition, I’ll process your refund through the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
