Damaged Product

Received your artwork damaged? No worries, I’m here to make it right as quickly as possible. Just follow the steps below, and I’ll sort it out for you.

Please send the following photos:

  • Clear photo(s) of the damage to the artwork
  • A full photo of the entire artwork
  • A photo of the package label (make sure the text/barcode is legible)
  • Photos of the packaging inside, including bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the box, showing how it was packed
  • A photo of the outside of the package (if there’s visible damage, please capture that too)

Make sure the photos are high resolution and send them in full or large size.

Email the photos to info@reecegeorge.com, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
