We regret that no refunds or exchanges can be issued on purchases.
However, in the unlikely event, that the graphical resources do not function properly, we will consider a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, but only if you have worked with our support staff to try and resolve the problem first.
You can submit a support request and we will attempt to resolve your problem in a timely manner.
If we are unable to get our graphic resources functioning properly—and if you are within the 30-day deadline—then we will issue you a refund for the purchase.
A refund is not applicable in the case where; the same customer subscribed more than one time and already received a refund for the first subscription.
