I’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email or response?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email that will show a summary of what you have purchased.

If you have not received this email, the two most common reasons are

  1. It may have gone to your junk or spam folder
  2. The email address entered may be incorrect or have a typo

If you cannot find the email in your junk or spam folder, please submit a support request and we’ll be able to help.
