The overall lead times include both production and transit times and are an estimate of the total time in days that it will take to receive your order.

The lead times above are an estimate only, no guarantees are provided.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped.
- By default all deliveries will require a signature. Please read this FAQ if you are happy for your parcel to be left in a safe place.
- Delivery normally occurs 9am-5pm during weekdays, please submit a support request if you need a special arrangement.

Please note: While Express shipping is free for all orders over $99.00 within Australia, some orders are sent using Standard shipping. This is either because; (1) Express courier service is not available in the location; (2) the Express courier service is not faster than Standard services in the location or; (3) the Express service pricing is excessively high to the location.
We deliver to all locations Australia wide, including PO boxes, Parcel Lockers or military addresses, however you must be aware of any size restrictions that may be in place (eg., some Parcel Lockers are restricted to specific sizes).
If there are special requirements for delivery please note them in the order comments during checkout.
Customs and duties
Any duties or taxes will need to be paid on the receivers end (we will try to avoid these where possible).
For online purchases on our website, we accept the following payment methods:

Please note: If a Paypal dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be held because PayPal will withhold payment under such circumstances. Please settle the dispute to proceed with the order.
