Introduction

This is the second exercise to try while sitting in front of your computer. This stretch will relieve the muscles in your wrists. Its also very easy to do.

Wrist Stretch Expand and collapse content An arrow that points down when collapsed and points up when expanded.

Step 1: Extend your arm out with palm facing up.
Step 2: Use other arm to gently pull fingers towards you to get a good stretch.
Step 3: Shake out wrists and switch arms.
